Santa Baby! Or not?

Well we went to see Santa last weekend and all went about as I expected!

Girls all happy and ready to go in their cute dresses Mimi made them...

Girls were already done with tree pics when it was my turn so did not get great one!

Then it was time to see Santa and C was pumped! She was ready to be a good girl for the picture and tell Santa just what she wanted. We let her have some time with him before we put H on his lap since we pretty much knew what to expect from her. C jumped right up there, looked at the camera and smiled.

Then she had a little talk with Santa to tell him what she wanted. (A Cinderella Vanity...that is all she says she wants so even though that may not be exactly what Santa thought was a good idea, he figured since she believes so much in him, he would have to get her the one thing she asked him for)

Then Hayes came and we got what we expected. I think it is a right of passage at this age. C did same thing. Makes me laugh...does that make me mean? Such a classic pic that you have to have for the scrapbook.

But she was much happier when she got a cookie at the end.

It is really fun to see Christmas through Carrie's eyes and all the magic. Just wish we could grasp idea that it is not all about the gifts, but think that would be asking a lot at this age :)
