What's Been Up

I am a blog slacker these days! But there just isn't a lot to report on these cold winter (often rainy) days! But here are a few clips of what has been up!

We had family night 2 Thursdays ago to get C geared up at Dicks for her Spring soccer league and then had dinner at Cinco De Mayo. The girls love eating Mexican...who doesn't? Our kids will just grow up regularly enjoying the greasy joy of cheap Mexican because we do! Hayes was a major fan!
It was kind of gross!
Also, graham and I had the CLC couple's retreat last weekend (CLC is the men's Bible study he is in) and it was in Monteagle so it worked out for Mimi to come visit us and be here Sat night when we were gone. Everyone had a blast! There was a lot of pretend play as C is obsessed with dress up and role playing. She was on a Peter Pan kick that weekend after watching it with Mimi Friday night. Here is an example of the dress up that went on...

Having Mimi there allowed C and me to bake Valentine cookies which may never have happened otherwise!



C and Mimi decorated them and they were yum!
The girls had so much fun with Mimi and were sad for her to leave! Good news is she will be back in just 4 weeks to keep them while G and I get away for a few days.

 Then it was Valentine's Day and "Cupid" came bringing Bitty Baby things for all!

And for H her own Bitty Baby...she is obsessed w C's and it is always a problem so problem solved!

So happy :)

And Aunt Grace sent them some fun goodies so they had fun being silly in these glasses!

And this was C at a Firetruck birthday party today!
So all in all, things have been busy and fun! I am going to try to be better about blogging and not be such a slacker ;)
