The 1st Hunt...

Today was the first of many Easter Egg Hunts we are participating in this year. This one was at our house for the playgroup and I was so relieved Carrie was up for it because she has her first ear infection :(. I think a good night's sleep and a few doses of antibiotics made all the difference because she was ready to go this morning. We even did a practice run around the house!
Everyone brought eggs with different things in them (whistles, stickers, fruit snacks etc) and we just threw them in the yard and let the kiddos go to town.

Hooray! She was all done and loved just the breeze blowing and being outside.

After the hunt and play time, the kiddos had lunch on the patio. It was such a fun morning and a perfect way to kick off the Easter weekend! More egg hunt posts to come!!
