6 month stats!

So Monday Carrie turned 6 months and yesterday we went to the doctor for our check up! Her stats were:
Height: 26.25 inches...68% so not as tall as she has been
Weight: 18 lbs 2 oz...86% which does not surprise me!
Head: 17.44 inches...91% wow. did not know her head was so big!
So he said this was all perfectly proportional...not sure about that but ok!

He also said she gets an A+ in the social part because she was so chatty and so charming (he said) so that was good to hear. She really liked them all and wanted to be their new best friend until they gave her her shots. That part ALWAYS breaks my heart. One day she wont be as excited to go to the doctor!

As far as other 6 month things...
She is sitting up
She has 4 bottles/day and 2 meals of solid foods...she likes the cereal and fruit, but does not like her veggies! Only sweet potatoes and carrots for now, but the doctor said that was fine.
She still sleeps 7-7 and takes 2 naps/day, an hour and a half each.
She has discovered some new noises that she can make with her lips that she thinks are really fun (may need to post a video at some point)
She now gives kisses...puts both hands on your face, closes her eyes, opens her mouth and leans in...it is the most precious thing. also need a video of that...
She is laughing much more and for much longer
She had her first swim and her first swing

Alright that's all! Just want to remember all of it! I LOVE this age because she is not mobile, but so interactive. She is also on a great schedule. And she is SO social and SO sweet. We are so lucky and so blessed and we just cannot believe how much we love her! more and more every day.
