RRC Part II

Last night we got back from Rolling Rock. All of us were sad to leave. It is an amazing place and the best part last week was the weather! We could hardly bear coming back to face this heat!!! But all good things must come to an end and so it did. It was such a fun week of eating, swimming, golfing (for those who golf), drinking (for those not pregnant) and just enjoying the outdoors. I have a few pictures from the second half of the trip that I wanted to quickly post!

We ate lots of frozen yogurt at lunch! Carrie had an ice cream mustache...
We took her to the shooting lodge to see all the animals and she loved it! She did not understand that they had been killed thankfully. So we just talked a lot about bears, mooses, deer, caribou etc. She still talks about it!

Rocking with Cy-Cy
Attempt at a good pic. This is in our front yard...such pretty views!
We took her down to the fish hatchery and the stream where you can fish and got a few pics on the journey. Here she is walking under the covered bridge...
And sitting by the stream (pink flip flops not a good touch, but she put her feet in the water so had to wear water shoes...)
Cy Cy put her on this picnic table and she was pumped up!

Getting her feet wet with dada.
Covered bridge is so beautiful. Love the scenery at Rolling Rock.
Pic with Cy-Cy on our last night.
Thanks for a great week, BA! We were sad to see it end and look forward to next year! Now it is back to reality and back to the heat! Come on Fall!!!

  3. Oh love those pictures!
They are all my favorite but I have to say how much I enjoyed Carrie "dancing" on the chair in the previous post and the picture of her walking under the bridge. She is just so adorable and looks like it was an amazing trip!
