BEFORE...

As promised, below are images of our new house...before! Some of it is before and after because we are not re-doing the whole house. But here goes...

Officially ours!!!

There it is! The new Young Family home.

New backyard. The dogs are gonna be really pumped about this new and improved space. We also have dogs on both sides for them to play with so they are pretty happy about that as well!

This is the back of the house. The french doors go into the den. The patio is in front of them. The carport is on the right (obviously).

Master bath view #1...we are pretty pumped to have 2 vanities. Graham isn't good at washing toothpaste out of the sink and I apparently take too much time in front of the mirror.

This is the Den. Not much more to explain and nothing is changing here...

Here is the kitchen. It no longer looks like this, though! Counters were ripped off today and possibly the backsplash as well! Then we are painting the cabinets and getting some new appliances. Also doing a little bit of cabinet work. Can't wait until it is all done!

View into breakfast room. The island is now gone and the room will be painted.

This is standing in the living room looking in the dining room. The mustard yellow is currently being painted over with a beigey/grey color. So excited to finally have a dining room!

This is the office/someday playroom. Am very glad to have this space!

This, sadly, is the before and after. This bathroom is attached to the office/playroom so will not be used much. It's renovation will have to be phase 2. So we are going to embrace the mauve tile and you are looking at Shammi and Tilly's new water bowl!

This is one of the 2 bedrooms besides the master. The 2 rooms like identical so there is only need for 1 picture.

Guest bath. This is the bath between the 2 guest rooms. Nothing will change except we are re-tiling the floors in a fun and classic black and white tile.

And here is the master + some boxes. This will not change except Graham cleaned the carpets yesterday (thank goodness!).

So that is the new place! We love it and are very excited about seeing it all get done and come together so we can start living there. We are most excited about our new neighborhood! Come by and visit anytime!
